Please note that we can only change the shipping address if you contact as immediately, before the items are dispatched.
After dispatch, the item will be with the shipping company and we will have no control over the outcome.
Out dispatch time is 1-2 business days (4-7 during sale periods).
Next day delivery is exempt from this and will be shipped out on the day of order, if placed before 14:00 or the next day, if placed after 14:00
You may buy a gift card, ranging from £20-£300, which is automatically sent to your chosen email address digitally.

Please note that we process and send your order shortly after an order is received. If we have processed the order already you must return the item to us, unworn and undamaged.

Please email us at returns@sunalondon.co.uk to initiate a return. You will incur a £2.99 cost for the shipping.
Please note that we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
If you changed your mind, please return the items to us. All jewellery (except earrings*)must be unworn and in original packaging.
*Earrings can’t be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Faulty or broken products can be exchanged or refunded within the return period (14 days) by sending us photos of the damage to help@sunalondon.co.uk
